Artist Bio

SHORT BIO (50 words)

Keysha Love is a virtual neo-soul artist from Harlem, New York. Gospel-rooted, cinematically produced. Her debut album Touching Soul (2026) draws on the spirit of the Summer of Soul — devotion, groove, and the kind of music that was always meant to last.

MEDIUM BIO (150 words)

Keysha Love is a virtual neo-soul artist whose music lives at the intersection of gospel legacy and modern soul storytelling. Rooted in Harlem, shaped by the choir, and driven by a desire to say something that lasts — her debut album Touching Soul arrived June 1, 2026.

The album is a story of identity, cultural roots, and self-authorship. Eight tracks that move through devotion, memory, and the quiet confidence of someone who has finally stepped into her own voice. Inspired by the Summer of Soul, the music works like a time travel — back to when soul music carried weight and meant something. For fans of H.E.R., Cleo Sol, and Snoh Aalegra.

Keysha Love is a project by Andres Franz Krause, a German media designer and AI creative producer.

LONG BIO (500 words)

Keysha Love is a virtual neo-soul artist from Harlem, New York — a voice rooted in gospel tradition and shaped by the cultural richness of one of America's most iconic neighborhoods. She is a fictional character brought to life through AI-assisted creative production, a project that explores what happens when you build a full artistic world: music, imagery, narrative, and identity.

Her story begins in the choir. For years, Keysha sang as part of the Harlem Legacy Choir — a defining ensemble that held the spiritual and musical memory of the community. The choir was where she learned to listen before she spoke, to feel before she performed. But the choir also kept her in the background. Touching Soul is the moment she steps forward.

Released June 1, 2026, the debut album is eight tracks that travel through devotion, grief, joy, and the particular confidence of someone who knows exactly where they come from. The production is cinematic — warm analog textures, live-feeling rhythm sections, and a voice that sits close and speaks directly. Inspired by the Summer of Soul, the album works like time travel: back to when soul music was political, devotional, and deeply personal all at once.

The tracklist moves from the opening "Carry Me Higher" — a call upward that sets the album's spiritual stakes — through the groove of "Harlem Funk" and the quiet grief of "Tribute to Edwin Hawkins." Featured artist Marcellus King appears on "Mo," bringing a grounded counterpoint to Keysha's lead. The two instrumental versions at the album's close give the listener space to sit inside the music without words.

Comparisons to H.E.R., Cleo Sol, Snoh Aalegra, and the broader neo-soul revival are apt — but Touching Soul arrives with a specific point of view. This is Harlem music. It carries the weight of a place and a tradition, and it asks nothing from the listener except attention.

Behind the project is Andres Franz Krause, a German media designer and AI creative producer with over 20 years of experience in image production, retouching, and media design. The Keysha Love project is his exploration of what AI-assisted creative production can build when applied to character, music, and world-building at once.

Touching Soul is available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Tidal, and Amazon Music.
